Tam Assistant is private, single-user software operated by Mathew Papp. It is used only on his own accounts. There are no other users, no customers, and no third parties who receive data from it.
With the owner's explicit Google consent, it accesses the Gmail account of the owner in order
to read messages, apply labels, create drafts and send mail on his behalf. The scopes requested
are gmail.modify and gmail.send. No other Google data is requested.
Message content processed by the assistant is stored on a private server controlled by the owner. It is not published, sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and it is not used to train any machine-learning model.
Tam Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is retained only while it is useful to the owner and is deleted on request. Access can be revoked at any time by the owner from his Google account permissions page, which immediately ends the assistant's access.
